Call to Order
LJPOA Board Meeting was called to order by Larry Bittner. Meeting took place immediately after the LJPOA Annual Meeting at the Senior Center of Houghton Lake

NEW BUSINESS:

The purpose of the LJPOA Board meting was to elect individuals to open positions. Positions requiring filling were: President, Vice-President, and Treasurer.

• Motion made by Rocco Daversa to accept the nominees to the open position as nominated or volunteered.
• Motion second by Jane Tomaszewski
• Board Motion Vote I's All Nay's -0-

No other business was transacted. Next LJPOA Board Meeting is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on September 18, 2009 at the Red Barn.
