Call to Order:
LJPOA Board Meeting was called to order by Jim Preczewski.
Meeting took place immediately after the LJPOA Annual Meeting.
New Business:
The purpose of the LJPOA Board meting was to elect individuals to open positions.
Positions requiring filling were: President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer.

- Motion made by Jim Preczewski to accept the nominees to the open position as
nominated or volunteered
- Motion second by Ken Holder
- Board Motion Vote I’s All Nays –0-
- Motion made by Larry Bittner to cancel the September Board meeting.
- Motion second by Dorothy Yakes
- Board Motion Vote I’s All Nays 0
No other business was transacted. Next LJPOA Board Meeting is scheduled for 10:00 a.m..,
October 18, 2008 at the Red Barn.
