Lake James 5th annual boat parade July 3, 2010
Once again Lake James will be holding their annual boat parade on July 3rd. Boats are to gather at the dam at
11:00 a.m. We will start promptly at 11:30. Parade will proceed through the larger canals. Show you Lake James
neighbors your boat delightful designs. After the parade, come to the Pole Barn for our annual picnic again sponsored
by Brian's Small Engines. This year's winner will be announced at that time and the revolving trophy
(designed by Steve Vat) will be presented to the winners at the annual meeting in August. Please pre-register your

LOGO CONTEST
Due to popular sentiments, the Board has decided to stay with the current logo, therefore the logo contest is at
an end. We only received 2 entries. We thank those who entered.
 Celebrating life, honoring loved ones and memorializing those with whom we
have shared much is the foundation of the Lake James Memorial/Honorarium
Project. The project offers an opportunity for you to remember those who have
gone on, to honor those with whom we have shared something special, and to
express gratitude to those from whom we have received much. |
